Contact Us
You must be 21 or older (or the legal minimum age in your state) to use sportsbook services. This site is for adults only.
This page explains how to contact Top Sportsbook Promos, what we can help with, and what we can't. We are an independent comparison publisher. We are not a sportsbook, we don't hold your money, and we can't see or change your accounts with any operator.
What you can contact us about
Reach out if any of the following applies:
- Corrections: a bonus amount, rollover figure, minimum odds rule, or expiration date on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
- Feedback: a guide was unclear, or you want a promo topic covered, such as how to claim a promo code or how bonus bets differ from cashable funds.
- Reader experiences: you found a term that wasn't disclosed clearly and want us to review it.
- Business or editorial questions: how we rank sportsbooks or how the site is funded. Our About Us page covers this, and you can write to us if it doesn't answer your question.
Use the contact method shown in the site header or footer when the site is live. We don't publish personal email addresses or phone numbers on this page, so we don't list any here.
What to include in your message
- The page address or title where you saw the information.
- The sportsbook and offer involved, as shown on the operator's own terms.
- The date you checked it, since promotions change often.
- A screenshot or copy of the terms, if you have one.
Please don't send passwords, full card numbers, or government ID details. We never need them.
Problems with a sportsbook account, bonus, or payout
We can't resolve disputes for you. If a bonus didn't credit, a promo code failed, or a withdrawal is delayed:
- Contact the sportsbook's own support first and keep a record of the chat, email, or ticket number.
- Re-read the offer's terms, including rollover, minimum odds, excluded markets, and qualifying payment methods. Our Terms and Conditions explain how you may use this site.
- Check whether the operator is licensed in your state. Regulated state sportsbooks generally answer to a state gaming regulator, which may accept complaints.
Some operators that accept US customers are offshore. State player protections may not apply to them, and there is a real added risk that an offshore operator may not pay out. Compare terms carefully, and consult a qualified professional for legal or tax questions.
How we handle your message
We read corrections and check them against the operator's current published terms before changing anything. Operator terms can change without notice, so our information reflects what we verified on the date shown on each page. Commercial relationships may earn us a commission, but they do not decide rankings and cannot be used to request changes to a review.
We usually can't promise a reply time or reply to every message. We don't offer betting tips, picks, or advice on how much to wager.
If gambling stops being fun
